Child Development Study is asking parents to answer questions about their children who are between 3 and 12 years old.

The goal of the Child Development Study is to understand development, cognition, and behavior in children. Families of children with and without a fragile X premutation are encouraged to participate.

Optional direct assessment by a qualified clinician for children between 8 and 13 years of age with a written summary of findings.

It was very easy to fill out the surveys and did not take much time at all. I appreciate the opportunity to contribute to any new research being done and for it to have been so easy was great.

Participating in the survey was easy. The staff was professional and efficient.

Both of my boys did fine. There were a lot of questions, but the clinicians were wonderful with them.

Great experience. Super smooth to make appointment. I wasn't sure if my son would be able to sit through the four hour study. The researcher was so nice and allowed us to stop half way through and continue the rest the following week. I was really thankful even though she reserved four hours of her day initially to complete. She was really sweet and explained the study and she worked well with my son. I am proud to be able to participate to help with further fragile x developments.
